This beautiful preserve consists of a perennial stream with excellent riparian habitat, and cottonwoods and willows galore. This is a good place and time to turn up a rarity. On the October 2023 MAS trip we had 36 species, including Rufous-crowned Sparrow and Red-naped Sapsucker. The scenery is as much of a draw as the birds.
