This outing is for birders of all skill levels with an interest in improving their bird ID skills. We will focus on size and shape, as a furtive glance is often all we have to go on when birding. It turns out information as spars as size and shape can determine many species, even in poor light.
Binoculars and spotting scope available.
Bring: portable seat (for 10-20 minute stops), water, snacks. Meet at the Nina Mason Pulliam Rio Salado Audubon Center (restrooms).
